Our team will automatically choose the safest and most efficient carrier for your order based on size, weight, and destination.

LEAD TIME

Each product page displays the estimated lead time for preparation and shipping.
Because many of our pieces are custom-made or finished to order, these timelines can shift occasionally. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated right away — we want your items to arrive beautifully and without surprises.

LIGHTING

Most lighting ships within 2–3 weeks of your order, depending on availability.
Every lighting item includes its own details on the product page, and once it ships, please allow about one additional week for delivery.

DAMAGE & RETURNS

We want every delivery to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know within 24 hours if anything was damaged in transit.
For damaged items, please return them in the original packaging so our team can properly assess and move forward with next steps.

Because many of our offerings are custom-made or finished to order, most items are final sale. If a return is possible, our team will guide you through the process as quickly as we can.
