Cameron Davidson is a Utah oil painter whose love of drawing began in childhood. He earned a BFA in Illustration and Design from Brigham Young University and later continued his training through an internship with established New York artists. After more than two decades as an illustrator and art director, he now paints full time from his studio in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
Cameron paints what he finds beautiful and meaningful in the world around him. He is drawn to objects and places that carry a sense of story, history, and nostalgia—from floral still lifes and familiar landmarks to the people and landscapes of the West. His work is grounded in observation and an appreciation for the character found in everyday things.
