PENELOPE smocked dress

The Penelope dress calls for days spent exploring summer meadows, collecting flowers and making daisy chains. This dress has a beautiful turquoise floral print and intricate hand smocked flowers across the chest. The contemporary sleeveless shape has a classic white peter pan collar edged in floral print. Our dresses are lined in cotton to create a perfect flare for twirling and dancing like everybody’s watching. The Penelope has fabric covered buttons that fasten at the back and an attached sash tie at the waist (12 months+), which is a good test for the best bow-tier in the family.
