James Ito grew up in Clinton, Utah and works at an art museum in Salt Lake City full-time where his love for fine art has grown. In recent years, he’s dedicated what free time he has, aside from his museum career, family, and love of movies, to better himself as an artist. Oil painting is where he’s been perfecting his talents and his love of landscapes and mountains has really taken full swing. Portraits is his next challenge and takes any chance he has to paint faces of his friends and clients.
