Tulle Polka Dot Dress

Cream tulle with black flocked polka dots.  Fully lined with soft fabric, gathered ruffle details and velvet ribbon around neck line that ties in the back with back zipper.  Please make sure to check the measurements below because this is a fitted dress.

Size 2/3:  Shoulder to shoulder 8.5 inches.  Waist 18 inches.  Slip length 20 inches.  Total length 25 inches.
Size 4/5:  Shoulder to shoulder 9.5 inches.  Waist 19 inches.  Slip length 22 inches.  Total length 28 inches.
Size 6/7:  Shoulder to shoulder 10 inches.  Waist 21 inches.  Slip length 25 inches.  Total length 31 inches.
Size 8/9:  Shoulder to shoulder 11 inches.  Waist 23 inches.  Slip length 27 inches.  Total length 34 inches.
Size 10/11:  Shoulder to shoulder 11.5 inches.  Waist 24 inches.  Slip length 30 inches.  Total length 37 inches.
